THE CORAS REVENUE ACTIVATION MAP
See what a complete onboarding system actually looks like.

Most teams build onboarding as they go. This is what it looks like when it is built on purpose — every role, every handoff, every stage from deal close to customer activation, mapped in one place.
No spam. No pitch. Just the map— delivered to your inbox.
See what onboarding visibility actually looks like when it's built right.
Tools you can start using today
This is one piece of the CORAS system. If your team is managing onboarding manually right now, these two tools bring immediate clarity— without a full implementation.
Onboarding
Pipeline Workbook

$67
If your team is tracking onboarding in a doc, or someone's head — this replaces that. Built for CS teams without a CRM who need real visibility into where every account stands, where time-to-value is slipping, and which accounts are at risk before the customer feels it.
What you get
✔ Account tracker
✔ Account health scoring
✔ TTV monitoring
✔ ARR in pipeline view
✔ Onboarding completion rate
✔ Pipeline dashboard view
✔ At-risk account flagging
✔ Setup guide included
Sales to Onboarding
Handoff Packet

$47
The moment a deal closes is the moment onboarding either starts strong or starts broken. Most teams have no formal handoff — CS picks up the account missing context, asking questions the customer already answered during the sale.
This fixes that.
What you get
✔ Customer objectives and context
✔ Stakeholder map
✔ Implementation scope
✔ Sales commitments and risk flags
All sales final. No refunds on digital products.
— THE REAL PROBLEM
Most SaaS companies think they have a churn problem.
They don’t.
They have an onboarding problem—and it’s costing them revenue they’ve already earned.
The Handoff Gap
Sales closes the deal. Onboarding starts with missing context.
Activation stalls before it even begins.
The Ownership Gap
No one clearly owns the customer post-sale.
CS, Implementation, and Product operate in silos—and progress slows.
The Activation Gap
Customers go live—but never reach real value.
Adoption stays shallow. Churn shows up early.
This isn’t a retention issue.
It’s a system failure.
— WHO THIS IS FOR
Built for the CS leader who knows something is broken
If you're managing a CS team at and onboarding feels like controlled chaos — this was built for you.
VP / Head of Customer Success
You need a system your team can run consistently—not a different process for every CSM.
CS Manager / Onboarding Lead
You see exactly where it breaks. You just need the engine to fix it.
RevOps / CS Operations
You need something that actually gets adopted across teams—not another framework that sits unused.
Most teams don’t need another tool.
They need a system that actually works.
— HOW CORAS WORKS
From controlled chaos to a system your team actually runs
In 6–8 weeks, i build a complete onboarding system tailored to how your business actually operates—so every role knows what they own, every handoff is defined, and every customer moves toward value with speed and clarity.
No templates. No theory. Just a system your team can run from day one.
Phase 1 → Surface what's actually broken
I lead direct conversations with the people doing the work to uncover how onboarding really operates today—not how it’s documented.
• Identification of hidden processes, gaps, and workarounds
• Full current-state mapping across roles, handoffs, and workflows
Outcome
A clear, validated view of where onboarding is breaking—and why
Phase 2 → Design the system for your reality
I build the blueprint for how onboarding should run—based on your team, not a generic model.
• Role-based ownership and accountability defined
• Handoff defined and sequenced across the customer journey
• Activation milestones aligned to real customer outcomes
Outcome
A fully aligned onboarding blueprint your team agrees on before anything is built
Phase 3 → Build every layer of the system from the blueprint
I turn the blueprint into a complete operational system your team can execute — and embed it into the CRM where your team already works.
• Accountability frameworks and ownership maps
• Defined handoffs and activation workflows built into Salesforce or HubSpot
• Required fields that enforce the handoff before a deal can close
• Automated task assignment so every role knows what to do the moment a deal lands
• Measurement dashboard built natively in your CRM — no separate spreadsheet required
Outcome: A fully operational onboarding system that lives where your team works — not in a Google Drive folder nobody opens
Phase 4 → Hand it off ready to run — and make sure it does
I hand off a system your team can run immediately—and make sure it actually sticks.
• Complete onboarding playbook in plain language
• Training for your CS lead and team
• 30-day check-in to ensure adoption and performance
Outcome
A system your team uses daily—without relying on you to hold it together
Before you configure it in your CRM, you have to know what to configure. That is what CORAS builds.
— ABOUT RUESHANNA

I built CORAS because I've operated in systems where unclear ownership has real consequences.
I didn’t learn this from a framework.
I learned it from operating in environments where getting ownership wrong had real consequences.
I’m a U.S. Navy veteran who went from aviation mechanic to operations lead—then into career counseling, executive support, and federal portfolio management.
Across every role, the pattern was the same:
complex systems, high stakes, and zero room for confusion around ownership.
That’s the exact problem I see in client onboarding today.
CORAS was built to solve it—by giving teams the clarity, ownership, and operational system they need to move customers to value faster and protect the revenue they’ve already earned.

How it works

— FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know before getting started.
If you’re evaluating whether CORAS is the right fit, these are the questions most teams ask before moving forward.
What exactly is the CORAS implementation?
The CORAS implementation is a focused engagement where I build your complete client onboarding system from the ground up — designed for your team, your customers, and your revenue goals. You leave with a fully operational framework your CS team can run from day one. This is not consulting. This is implementation. We build it with you and hand it off ready to run.
What does "done with you" actually look like day to day?
It's a mix of working sessions, async collaboration, and defined checkpoints — not a calendar full of Zoom calls. I kick off with a discovery session to map your current state and define what success looks like. From there we work in focused sprints, each with a clear deliverable. You review, give feedback, and approve as we go. Most of the heavy lifting happens on our end between sessions so your team isn't pulled away from the business. You're involved where your input matters. We handle the rest.
Will this work with our CRM?
CORAS is built to embed onboarding directly into the CRM your team already works in every day. That means when a deal closes, your onboarding workflow activates automatically. Tasks assign to the right roles. Handoff fields are required before a deal can close. Your team sees every active account on a native dashboard without leaving the CRM. The system enforces the process — not the people. In the final phase of every engagement, we run a dedicated CRM Integration Requirements session with your admin. We provide the complete configuration spec. Your admin implements it. If your team does not have a CRM, the system runs in Google Sheet and Excel until you do.
How long does implementation take?
Most implementations are completed in 6 to 8 weeks. I run it as a focused sprint so your team starts seeing results fast. The exact timeline depends on your team's availability and the complexity of your current setup.
What do we need to have ready before we start?
Not much. I run a free Onboarding strategy call before the engagement begins to understand your current onboarding process, how your team is organized, and where the gaps are. What helps most is having a dedicated point of contact on your side — ideally your Head of CS or VP of Customer Success — who can make decisions and connect us to the right people.
Is CORAS the right fit for our company?
CORAS is built for B2B SaaS companies that are actively growing their customer base and want to protect revenue by getting onboarding right. I work best with teams that have a dedicated CS function — whether that's one person or a full team — and are ready to move away from managing onboarding out of disconnected tools.
We already have an onboarding process. Why do we need this?
Most teams have a process — but it lives in people's heads, scattered across tools, or in a spreadsheet nobody keeps current. The question isn't whether you have a process. It's whether your team can see, in real time, which accounts are at risk of churning, how long it's taking customers to realize value, and where your revenue exposure sits. If the answer to any of those is "we're not sure" — that's exactly what CORAS solves.
How is CORAS priced?
Pricing is project-based, not hourly. Every engagement is scoped to your specific situation, so I don't publish a flat rate — the investment reflects the scope of what we build together. Payment is structured in milestones so you're always paying for progress made, not time logged.
How do milestone payments work?
I break the engagement into clear stages, each with a defined deliverable. You pay at each milestone — not upfront for the whole project. This keeps us accountable and gives you confidence that every payment is tied to something real being delivered. Milestones are agreed on before work begins so there are no surprises.
What does our team actually walk away with?
Everything I build is yours. No licensing fees, no ongoing dependency on us to keep things running. And because SaaS moves fast — new segments, scaled teams, product changes — we're here when the system needs to evolve. Most clients don't need us again for a while. Some come back when the business looks different. Either way, the door stays open.
How is this different from hiring a CS consultant?
A consultant tells you what to do. I build it. You don't walk away with a slide deck of recommendations — you walk away with a working system your team uses from day one. We deliver outcomes on a defined timeline with a defined scope, not open-ended advisory hours. Think of it as the difference between getting advice about the gym and having someone show up and build one for you.
What happens after implementation is complete?
I do a clean handoff — your team is trained, the system is documented, and your CS lead knows how to run it. At 30 days post-handoff we do a check-in to review how the system is being used, address any gaps, and make sure your team is confident operating independently. After that, you own it completely. No retainer, no ongoing fees. If your business changes down the road — new CRM, scaled team, new segment — we're available for a scoped update. But that's your call, not a built-in obligation. Most teams are running it on their own well before the 30 days are up.
